About Daniel
I have the rare pleasure of doing a job I truly enjoy. My priority is the health of the home. I will not be persuaded by the emotional attachments to the house or be pressured by a need to buy or sell. My number one goal is to provide my cIient(s) with a peace of mind in their purchase of sale. I have been trained by people in their profession not from a book, as well as many years in the construction field. I am confident that I am up-to-date with building procedures and codes.
I will work for you to help you make a wise decision bringing matters to your attention to inform you, not alarm you. I welcome client interaction in every inspection to ensure understanding of any findings. My purpose is to be used as a tool in your home buying experience, to bring some insight to things not easily seen by an untrained eye.
Along with being a Certified Home Inspector for over five years, I have been in the Construction Business. I have worked on many projects as both Carpenter and Site Superintendent. My job requires me to have an understanding of everything from electrical to forming, plumbing to structural steel, foundation to drywall even painting.
