Along with being a Certified Home Inspector for over four years, I have been in the Construction Business. I have worked on many projects as both Carpenter and Assistant Site Superintendent. My job requires me to have an understanding of everything from electrical to forming, plumbing to structural steel, foundation to drywall even painting.
